Averill Boulevard Park, 145 Averill Blvd, Elmont, (516) 437-5881. Southern State Pkwy to Exit 16 north. Make right onto Franklin Ave. Take Franklin Ave north to Hempstead Turnpike. Left onto Hempstead Tnpk westbound. Take Hempstead Tnpk to Covert Ave. (Mobile Station on Corner). Right onto Covert Ave and pass a school. Next is Drew Ave. Make right onto Drew Ave. Go 2 blocks to park entrance.

Babylon Village Gazebo, Routes 109 west or 231 south to Montauk Hwy (Main St). From 109 make left onto Montauk. Gazebo is opposite the Waterfalls approximately 1/2 mile on right. From 231 make right onto Montauk. The Gazebo will be left after you have gone through the Village.

Bellmore Knights of Columbus, Bellmore Ave. Meadowbrook Pkwy to Sunrise Hwy East to Bellmore Ave. South on Bellmore Ave 2 blocks to the Council building on east side of street. From the 135 exit Sunrise Hwy west.
Broadlawn Manor, 399 County Line Rd., Amityville, NY 11701 (631) 264-0222. Sunrise Hwy in Massapequa to Louden Ave. (Bethpage Credit Union Bank is on the northwest corner of Sunrise and Louden.) South on Louden to Broadlawn Manor on left, @ 1/4 mile south of Sunrise.

Broadway, Massapequa, Order Sons of Italy, Columbus Lodge Feast & Festival: Southern Pkwy to Exit 30 South. Proceed South on Broadway ¼ mile to Feast.

Butterfield's: 661 Old Willets Path, Hauppauge, NY (631) 851-1507. Long Island Expressway to Exit 55, Motor Parkway. Go north on Motor Parkway and make a right onto Old Willets path. Butterfield's is at intersection of Old Willets and Engineers Road. Phone is (631) 851-1507.

East Islip Marina, East Islip: Route 111 South to Main St (Montauk Hwy). Left onto Main St. to Bay View Ave. Right onto Bay View. Take all the way until you get near the end and you’ll see a road on the left with a booth. Take that road into Marina. Rain facility: Town Hall West 401 Main St. East Islip. It’s an old converted school. Decision will be made by 3:30PM.

Ellsworth Allen Park, 45 Motor Ave., Farmingdale, (516) 755-1842. Route 109 (Fulton St.) west towards Hempstead. Make a left onto Main Street and right onto Motor Ave. Park is on right.

Garden City Pool: 52 Cherry Valley Ave. Garden City. (516) 483-1714. Meadowbrook Pkwy to Hempstead Typke exit West. Go past Hofstra and go through the Villages of Hempstead & West Hempstead, to Cherry Valley Ave (Dunkin Donuts on left corner) Right turn onto Cherry Valley Ave. Go approx. 1 mile to Garden City Pool on left.

Grace Ave Park, Village of Great Neck Plaza. LIE to Lakeville Road exit. North on Lakeville Rd. to Grace Ave. Right onto Grace Ave to Park

Greenlawn Fire Department Fair, 23 Boulevard Avenue, Greenlawn (631) 261-9103. Northern State Pkwy to Exit 42N. (Deer Park Ave, 231). Proceed north on 231 to fork (Dix Hills FD on right) Bear left onto County Rte 35 (Deer Park Ave W.) at Jericho Tpke it becomes Park Ave. take to Greenlawn Broadway make right. At Pulaski Rd it becomes Centerport Rd. Go approx. 6 blocks to Boulevard Ave. Make right onto Blvd Ave to fire house.

Half Hollow Hills Community Library, Dix Hills Building, 55 Vanderbilt Parkway, Dix Hills. (631) 421-4530. Southern State Parkway to Exit 39 North. Proceed north on Deer Park Ave. (Rt. 231) about 5 miles to traffic light at Vanderbilt Parkway. Left onto Vanderbilt Parkway and library is 1 mile down on the right. From LIE exit 51 north, then follow directions above. From Northern State Parkway, go south at Exit 42 and proceed 1 mile south to Vanderbilt Parkway. Right turn onto Vanderbilt and library is 1 mile ahead on right.

Hempstead Harbor Beach Park, Port Washington, Order Sons of Italy, John Michael Marino Lodge: West Shore Road. Northern Pkwy to Roslyn Rd. exit. Proceed north on Roslyn Rd. At Northern Blvd, Roslyn Rd. becomes West Shore Road. Proceed north to the park.

Knights of Columbus William H. Delaney Council 110 Merrits Road, Farmingdale 516 752 5983. Southern State Parkway to Exit 30N. Proceed north on Broadway to end. Make right onto Merrits Rd. to 110 (next to Farmingdale Public Library).

Knights of Columbus Memorare Council, 2183 Jackson Ave, Seaford. Sunrise Highway to Jackson Ave. Turn south on Jackson Ave to Council

Lindenhurst Moose Lodge, 883 South Broadway. Southern State Parkway or Sunrise Hwy to Wellwood Ave south. Go south to Montauk Hwy. Make right onto Montauk (westbound) to Broadway (Diner on corner of Montauk and Broadway). Make left onto South Broadway (southbound) to 883.

Mansfield Park: From West to East. Southern State to Exit 31. At exit stay right. Make left onto Linden St(Same way you went to get to Our Lady of Lourdes Church in April). First Stop Sign is Lakeshore Dr. Make Right onto Lakeshore and go about 5 blocks to Walker St. Make Right which will take you directly into the Park. From East to West: Southern State to Exit 30 South. Get onto Broadway and immediately after going over the Parkway make left onto Linden Street. Take to Lakeshore make right to Walker make right into Park.

Marine Park, Brooklyn, Belt Pkwy to Flatbush Ave. to Fillmore Ave. left on Fillmore Ave. to the Park

Mary Jane Davies Park, Port Washington: Northern or LIE to Shelter Rock Rd(Northbound). At Northern Blvd make left and immediately get into right lane. At Plandome Rd. make right go a few blocks to Park. LIRR Station across the street from the Park.

Massapequa Public Library, 40 Harbor Lane, Massapequa Park: From Sunrise Hwy in Massapequa Park, go south on Park Blvd. At Merrick Rd, Park Blvd becomes Harbor Lane. Continue straight on Harbor.

Maspeth Federal Bank 101-09 Metropolitan Ave. Queens. From LIE to Woodhaven Blvd. Go south to Metropolitan Ave. Left to Bank. From Northern Pkwy to Jackie Robinson Pkwy to Metropolitan Ave. West to Bank. From Belt Pkwy to Cross Bay Blvd. North to Metropolitan Ave. Right to Bank.

Massapequa Train Station: Sunrise Hwy to Massapequa or Southern State Parkway to Exit 30 South (Broadway, Massapequa). Take to Sunrise Hwy. Left to train Station.

Memorare Knights of Columbus, 2183 Jackson Ave., Seaford: Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway south to Merrick Road exit heading east. From Merrick Rd., make a left onto Jackson Ave. K of C is on the right.

Mermaid Restaurant, Freeport Nautical Mile: Sunrise Hwy to Guy Lombardo Blvd. Make right onto Front St. Left onto Woodcleft Ave to #379

Michael Tully Park, New Hyde Park, Order Sons of Italy, Cellini Lodge: Denton and Evergreen Aves. Southern State—Meadowbrook Pkwy north to Old Country Rd. Go west on Old Country Road to Roslyn Rd. Go north to Jericho Turnpike. Go west to Denton Ave. North to Evergreen left onto Evergreen to Park. Northern State—to New Hyde Park Rd south to Evergreen Ave west to the Park

Northport Public Library, 151 Laurel Ave., Northport, NY (631) 261-6930. Deer Park Ave. north. Bear right after Northern State Parkway (County Rd. 66/East Deer Park Rd) to Jericho Turnpike/Route 25. After getting on Jericho, make left at first left onto Elwood Ave. and go approximately 4 miles. 2 blocks north of Ft. Salonga Rd/Rt 25A, make a right onto Scudder Ave. Library is at corner of Scudder and Laurel Aves.

Our Lady of Lourdes Auditorium 855 Carmans Road, Massapequa Park, NY (516) 541-3270. From the East---Southern State Parkway to Exit 30 South. Make left, cross over Parkway to Linden St. Make left on Linden St. Take to Our Lady of Lourdes Auditorium. From West--Southern State Parkway to Exit 31. Stay right off exit to intersection (Linden St.). Make left onto Linden St. and take to Our Lady of Lourdes Auditorium.

Phelps Lane, Babylon: Deer Park Ave. Exit 39 SS Pkwy South or Sunrise to Deer Park Ave North to Phelps Lane. Right onto Phelps to Town Pool. Drive into parking lot and look for old mansion.

Polish Hall, Port Washington: LIE to Exit 36(Searingtown Rd) North. Continue North and when your cross Northern Blvd (25A) it becomes Port Washington Blvd. Continue North and past Post Office on right and Mobil Station on left, it becomes Middle Neck Rd. Continue North to 3rd traffic light (Harbor Rd) make left onto Harbor Rd. The 1st right is Valley Rd. At the Gulf Station make right onto Valley Rd. Go 3 blocks to Pulaski Place. Make right onto Pulaski Place. The Polish Hall is on the left off the corner. Polish American Hall, 5 Pulaski Pl. Port Washington(516) 883-5553.

Port Washington Yacht Club, 1 Club Drive, Port Washington (516) 767-1614. Long Island Expressway to Exit 36 north, Searington Road. North on Searington to Stonytown Rd., about 1 mile north of St. Francis Hospital. Left onto Stonytown Rd. to N. Plandome Rd. Right onto N. Plandome. Proceed about 2 miles until left onto Club Drive to Yacht Club.

Puglia's City Cafe, 987 Stewart Ave., Garden City, NY (516) 222-1421. Meadowbrook Parkway to Stewart Ave. westbound exit. Puglia's is on north side of Stewart near bowling alley.

Riviera at Massapequa, 200 E. Shore Dr., Massapequa, NY (516) 541-5020. Merrick Rd. in Massapequa to E. Shore Dr. (Massapequa Fire Dept on corner.) Go south on E. Shore Drive.

Shore Road Park, Shore Rd. Lane, Brooklyn: Belt Pkwy to 4th Ave. Exit 2 toward Ft Hamilton Pkwy. Slight left onto Shore Rd. Take to 79th St. At 79th St. there’s an entrance into the Park.

St. Rocco’s Church, Glen Cove: Glen Cove Rd to Cedar Swamp Rd. Make right at 4th St. and left onto Gabriel Place. The Band tent is on Gabriel Place.

Swan Club, Shore Rd. Glenwood Landing, NY (516) 621-7600. (Set GPS to 90 Glenwood Rd., Roslyn, NY.) Glen Cove Road north. After crossing Northern Boulevard (Rt 25A), go to third traffic light and make a left - there's a Nissan car dealership on the north corner. Proceed 100 yards and then make left onto Bryant Ave. Go 0.9 miles to first traffic light and make right onto Glenwood Rd. Swan Club is 0.5 miles ahead on the left side of the street at the bottom of the hill.

St. Rocco’s Church, Glen Cove: Glen Cove Rd to Cedar Swamp Rd. Make right at 4th St. and left onto Gabriel Place. The Band tent is on Gabriel Place.

Tappen Beach, Shore Road,Glenwood Landing. LIE or Northern State to Route 106/107 North exit. Proceed on Rte 107 toward Glen Cove (which becomes Cedar Swamp Rd) to Glenwood Rd (Glen Head Road). Cross Glen Cove Rd and proceed to Shore Road. Turn right onto Shore Rd into Park a ¼ mile on left.

The Beach Hut, Cedar Beach, Ocean Pkwy, Babylon. From the Wantagh Pkwy travel east on Ocean Pkwy or from the Robert Moses Causeway travel west on Ocean Pkwy.

The Beach Hut, Venetian Shores Park, Lindenhurst. Montauk Hwy to Granada Pkwy. Go south on Granada into Venetian Shores Park.

Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park: Oyster Bay. LIE or Northern Pkwy to Rte 106/107 exit. Travel north on Rte 106 to Audrey Avenue. Turn left and proceed three blocks to Larrabee Avenue. Turn right into parking lot.

Veterans Memorial Park, 81 Hunt Rd., Orangeburg, NY. George Washington Bridge. Stay right on bridge and exit to Palisade Parkway north to Exit 6W/Orangeburg. Exit toward County Road 20, Pearl River, approx. 11 miles from GWB. Slight right onto W. Orangeburg Rd. to CR 16-Hunt Rd. Left onto Hunt Rd. Take the first left onto Olympic Dr.

Village Green Park, Valley Steam: Southern State Pkwy to Corona Ave. South(exit 15) south to Merrick Rd. Make right onto Merrick Rd and get immediately into left lane. At Payan Ave make left and go to park and bandshell. To get into Park make right and then a left to parking lot and bandshell.
Village of Great Neck Plaza, Great Neck Jonathan Ielpi Park(formerly Grace Park): LIE or Northern Pkwy to Community Dr./Lakeville Rd. Proceed on Service Rd to Lakeville Rd. Right onto Lakeville. Proceed north. At Northern Blvd it becomes Middle Neck Rd. Proceed north to North Station Plaza (just over LIRR). Right onto North Station Plaza to Park Pl. Left onto Park Pl. to Grace Ave. Right onto Grace Ave. The Park is immediately on the left.

West Harbor Park, Bayville: Northern State or LIE to 106/107(Northbound). At Fork bear right to Rte 106. As you begin to enter Oyster Bay you’ll come to an intersection with a gas station on your left. Make left there onto Lexington Ave. Go down to Main St and make a left onto Main St. Stay on road and follow it around Oyster Bay and go over the Bayville Bridge. As soon as you cross the Bridge make right onto West Harbor Dr. Stay on West Harbor to the Park.

Wine Cellar, 209 S. Research Pl., Central Islip, NY: Southern State Parkway to exit 43 north to merge onto NY-111 N/Islip Ave. toward Hauppauge. Turn right at Spur Drive North. Turn left at Carleton Ave/County Road 17N. Turn left at South Research Place.
